At Perinatal Princess, we know that bringing a child into the world doesn’t always feel magical. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating postpartum depression, or healing from a traumatic birth, you're not alone—and you don’t have to “just push through.” Our virtual and in-person therapy services are rooted in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care designed specifically for birthing people and families. We see the whole person behind the parent—the grief, the overwhelm, the identity shifts—and we create space for it all.
Our Approach to Perinatal & Postpartum Therapy
Our team specializes in the full perinatal journey—from preconception to postpartum—with a deep understanding of how systems, culture, and lived experience shape mental health. Clients come to us feeling anxious, isolated, or emotionally stuck. They leave feeling more grounded, self-aware, and supported with real tools for daily life. This isn’t cookie-cutter therapy—it’s care that honors your story and helps you heal forward.
